We are not simply embodied beings with cultural and metaphysical weight, nor merely bodies of water with biological, chemical, and ecological significance—we are both, inseparably. Composed mostly of water, we also exist within the shifting discourse of what it means to be embodied. We live at the intersection where water and embodiment merge, creating an ever-expanding field of meaning.
